Is it ok to send a boy to preschool without underwear?

When my kid was preschool age, he had probably 60 pairs of character underwear I'm not buying your son ran out of underwear after just one week, and if he did I would assume you could have run down to the dollar store, there's at least 3 of those in every other town, if nothing else and bought a pack for less than 5 if you were too lazy to wash out one small cotton item that would have dried in no time. Just saying there were options other than sending your child out the door half dressed.

Boys don't really need undies. That should be his choice

I agree with the wife and yes you had time to wash out some clothes for your kid, it was late, you were tired, so you didn't.

I agree with your wife and I also will say that washing a pair of small underpants does not take long so you no doubt had time for it if you cared. I highly recommend that you try to be better organised so it does not come as a surprise to you that the boy needs clean underwear.

At the most could have left undies in warm water with cleaning powder in tub for an hour then hang to dry.

Maybe he should have worn not-too-dirty undies to school, but put toilet paper on the crotch of the undies so it won't be too unhygienic.

Although it is not good to wear old or dirty underwear, any underwear is better than no underwear.

He needs to wear underwear or his wee wee will travel.

I think he better go to preschool with underwear he should always wear underwear or then he won't get used to wear underwear and he will hate them

If you just did it and shut up, who would know other than your bithey wife. Keep that stuff private. Personally don't see a problem if he doesn't care but it shouldn't be talked about openly on here.
