@riseofthemachine But Isn't that normal don't 90% of people have that complaint that they can't shut their mind off?

@Lostpoet the whole world have it in my eyes . I think it's a spiritual thing and I believe it either brings you close or pushes you away from God . You dont have to take on my beliefs .
I'm after searching in books about it especially with the soul and why I came to believe it was spiritual was the emptiness of the soul when it happens and I think God has to fill it

Sometimes I have “attacks” that kinda have a half life, I guess. They peak for maybe five hours. Takes weeks for them to go away completely.

Goodness you’re okay now tho huh? And yes the mind is difficult. But that’s why I enjoy psychology. :) @DarkHeaven
@Guitarist07 I’ll never be okay... but I’ll not in the hospital right now, so that’s good. I just take things one day at a time and I never take for granted any good day for me.
@Guitarist07 Thank you for being kind and I hope I helped. Peace. ☮️

@SStarfish If they’re healthy enough, they can recognize it afterward. This is super rare but some of us can recognize in the moment that our reality is referred to as a “delusion” by everyone else. I’m fortunate enough to have that ability.
