Back at it...

Grief is hard August 27th made one year of my son's death and August 19th my sister passed away. She was more than a sister she was like my Mom. I took August off from work just to help clear my mind.

I have a week scheduled next month for my favorite place (the beach) Some days I'm okay and some days I'm not but with lots of love ones around, my therapist and most importantly God I pull through. Today was a good day.
