Busy days before our trip

I have so much to do and so little time to get it done

Today I have my therapy appointment, it usually wed but he wanted to get me in before we leave

Sissy was her counselor appointment

Our oldest is going in for a follow up

Tomorrow Sissy and I go see our neurologist and then we're picking up a rental car. Will spend most of the evening tonight packing everyone's bags and tomorrow evening getting the car ready. We rented a suv that sits 8

The boys will be in front row and Sissy and Star will be in the back.

So much to do. Anxiety is high and my stomach still hurts

Yes, there is a lot to do. Eat a tiny bit of something very bland, like rice cereal or chicken soup. Your stomach is reflecting your anxiety is all.

@4meAndyou I had a vanilla protein shake we'll see if that helps

@Cigarguy101 I just got over a short bout of the stomach flu, or food poisoning...not sure which...and I just happen to keep baby food instant rice cereal in the house. I had that, and some applesauce last night. Worked out great!

@4meAndyou man that's a lot at once. I'm glad you are feeling better today.

I'm sure my stomach hurts because of anxiety. This trip was me feeling extra anxious

@Cigarguy101 Now I am worried that you might have stomach ulcers. I do.

It was probably one cup of food total.

@Cigarguy101 My brother had them as a teenager. My mother gave him ulcers. I developed them later in life.
