Bear cubs are playing with water in the garden

I'm not sure what the game is, but it's very noisy and looks great fun 🤗 Suffice to say, the lawn won't need watering tonight 🤣💦

A couple of years ago my niece would have freaked if she'd got her clothes wet or dirty. Right now she is soaked to the skin and yelling her lungs out 😊

My parents are moaning we have no rain for the garden and got a sprinkler to help.
It was well hot yesterday for sports and today was just as hot🌞.
Sounds like you all had fun
@Cinderellagirl I'm sure there maybe a couple of surprises tests

@Cinderellagirl I'm sure you're well prepared for anything . . pack your kit tonight just in case!
@SunshineGirl yes I got it ready just in case ha ha
I am not educated on bears but I've heard mothers get aggressive around the children. I don't mean to mansplain. 😝 Just be careful, okay?

To bad you didn't have a photograph to show. That would make a photo to show everyone

@HumanEarth No bears in England except in zoos. Well there is one in Suffolk. The first one seen in England since shortly after the end of the Roman Occupation:

Oh I don't know she was from England and I didn't know that about bears there. ☹ Shame humans killed most of them

We have bears here, but no where like their used to be. Grizzly bears used to be common here. Not anymore, coyotes are common, but the government is basically letting people hunt them almost for free.

@HumanEarth At the end of the article in the Suffolk Gazette I read this with amusement:
The sighting might be exciting, but some are not so happy. Suffolk Gazette angling correspondent Courtney Pike said: “This is bad news for fish.”
Bad news for the fish? Surely angling is bad news for fish too!

For a second there I thought you were talking about real bear cubs.

But then I recalled you live in Britain.

Do they have any bears?
JoyfulSilence · 46-50, M
@SunshineGirl

Here in the States one can find wild bears. Black bears live in the Appalachians just west of me. I have seen some in the wild in Great Smoky Mountains Park. And then of course there are the Western states. They have grizzlies, too! I have seen both black bears and grizzly bears in Yellowstone Park.

Here is frame from a video I took in Yellowstone

@JoyfulSilence One day I would like spend a month or so hiking on the Appalachian trail.

@SunshineGirl

Sounds like a workout!

I drove the Blue Ridge Parkway one year. I stayed at random hotels in the valleys along the way.
