My mom once told me she actually gets impressed when people stand up to her

She’s a very stern and very intimidating woman. She’s nice most of the time, but she’s not one you want to get cross with. I should know. 😅 Anyway, I always figured she’d be the kind who doesn’t take kindly when people clap back at her, but she says she actually admires them for it. Because she’s so bad-ass, everyone’s always afraid of her that when they show they’re not scared of her, it leaves an impression on her. 😯 Which is pretty bad-ass within itself, lol.
