@Musicman Joel's grandmother speaks English very well but he didn't want the kids to know how badly her hurt himself. He doesn't want them to worry over nothing.

I never thought I'd be going through a massive autistic burnout at the age of 42 and trying to get through it at the same time as trying to learn about it and how best to help myself in future.

I also never imagined that stress could make you hit a brick wall so hard that you can't seem to get the refreshing sleep that you need.
