My father's side of the family

I don't like the side of my father's family 😀 I don't want to talk to them, unless my parents force me to talk to them, even my grandmother from my father's side.
Why? Because they didn't even know me since I was little, they only knew I existed..
Then is it wrong if I don't like them?

Why would you dislike someone you don’t know. If you don’t want to meet them, don’t, but you might find that you like them if you give it a chance.

I'd say always keep an open view on things. Perhaps they didn't know you because of other circumstances other than not wanting to know you. Anyway, best of luck with this.
