Divorce: do I need a lawyer if we have no assets or kids?

So far I know I'll have to wait out the year separated before I can have it done. I rent. He rents. No kids. We have our own vehicles and split the household stuff when he moved out. I just want this done as cheaply and quickly as possible.

Some states do not allow a "no fault divorce" because it cuts lawyers out of easy profits. But if urs does.... simply contact a No Fault divorce lawyer...... yes the advertise that way. It may not be speedy because usually they bundle cases so on a day in court he or she can get thru maybe 20 at once..... but it will be cheap. Sometimes as little as $99. In 30 days..... if you don't sleep with him or reconcile.... it's final.
