"Best" and "worst" are subjective viewpoints based on value judgements. Individually and collectively, we all experience high and low points throughout our lives as well as those points in-between. (I.E, one's personal high is another's personal low) It's the yin and yang, the light and the dark... The agony and the ecstacy. Neither can exist without the other to complement it.
