I'm not at that stage yet. Estate agents have been instructed but he's not organised the conveyancing n he's not paid his solicitors so they won't respond n say what hold up is. He's doing it on purpose but it's frustrating

No. There's plenty of fault lol. First stage of papers been in a while. He's messing about slowing down the financial side n I can't get absolute until that's sorted. He is still using anything he can to manipulate n get to me.

I've had a lawyer throughout. But when he won't pay his everything grinds to a halt. The house should have been put on the market two months ago. But still nothing. Estate agents have been instructed but he's not organised the conveyance n he lives there so I can't organise it.
