Good for you. ...that's what lawyers are for I wouldn't have no contact with him if possible

I've had a lawyer throughout. But when he won't pay his everything grinds to a halt. The house should have been put on the market two months ago. But still nothing. Estate agents have been instructed but he's not organised the conveyance n he lives there so I can't organise it.
