Call me crazy but it sounds like contempt of court if he's not abiding by d divorce decree

I'm not at that stage yet. Estate agents have been instructed but he's not organised the conveyancing n he's not paid his solicitors so they won't respond n say what hold up is. He's doing it on purpose but it's frustrating
