What do u think about a man spitting in 2 special needs milk

I heard the most foul thing come from someones mouth, they were running from the policeand ended staying with a friend who really isnt thier friend but they grew up together ... anyways in exchange for getting a place to hide from police this person had to watch his friends babies who were special needs ...from what he told me... the girl never paid him and he kinda had hidden animosity towards this girl from the past .. he said he regretted something but didnt say it off rip..he later said he was leaving the babies in the room and they would cry all day .. everytime he made them a bottle he would spit in it..mind u he had bad hygiene... u get the picture... because he felt he was getting payed to be a baby sitter and the girl never left him food.... i know it may go deeper but im nervous what those children may have went through... from just one decision from thier mother.. this person is known for being violent towards women, dogs and now babies...i was so shocked but i stopped talking to that person ..im glad they told me that in confidence because ill never see that person again but evil spirts linger on this earth and i just cant believe what was told to me .
