It’s hypocritical that dogs have to be kept on leads but people’s feral kids are allowed to wander free.

To be honest, parents who don't at least try to control their kids in private establishments should be ejected from them and in public they should be fined. Obviously you cannot stop a child from acting up on occasion but you should at least appear to be doing something about it.

I know bad upbringing in cases like these need to talked about more and is the main reason for shitty kids but I swear some kids are sent from hell.
