No trick or treaters again..

Live down a lonely road? I remember having a discussion with my nephew how he was planning on hitting all the high volume roads, and I made him think, once your grandma had many trick or treaters, but now every trick or treater wants the most candy for least effort, she was missed and how she missed seeing children dressed up before every child and parent chose how does the child get the most value (in candy) in return... He thanked me, I never thought it that way, I said well it's that mindset, but you are off the hook she's no longer on the sideroad, where children used to trick or treat, so you won't be letting her down.

In Sweden kids have halloween discos in school so they don't go trick treating on the streets.

Maybe it's getting more common in general.

I could hear quite a few guisers out and about. Only one knock at the door though, I ignored it.

Why are you complaining? Nice bit of peace and quiet is a good thing.
