It's actually a blessing that I never could have kids

Because I do NOT subscribe to the modern way of "parenting".

My idea of parenting is to teach the child how to be a functional adult who has both common sense, humility, and coping skills. Not to carry them around in a protected bubble until they're 38 years old and can't do anything for themselves. Kids NEED to see things outside of a perfect Disney-esque world. They SHOULD see their parents be affectionate with their partners- how else are they going to learn what constitutes a healthy relationship? Kids are not made of glass- they can do chores and have responsibilities besides their homework.

Yeah, I'm glad I didn't have kids, because the world has become really fking weird about how to raise them.

You were raised like us older users. If you had kids would you send them to public schools for drag queen story time and gender training or would you home school them?

@Musicman I wouldn't send them to public school, but not because of drag queens (which are harmless). It would be because of active school shooters.
