Children getting sex changed?

"The report details 97 girls and boys treated between 1998 and 2010; the youngest was 4 years old. 4 is way too young. Their parents should be in jail. as for 11 and 12 year olds... Its during puberty that you discover what it is to be the Gender you are born. Let them experience it first and see if they like it before you try to supress it.

@OggggO 4 year olds don't understand what gender is.. They don't care what clothes you put them in and besides. These little fuckers get to run around naked at the beach if they want to. Its just the parents wanting to stand out, more then the kids wealth fare.
