is it just me or was one of the best reason to babysit was to try all the different breakfast cereals people had haha

When I babysat at 14, 15 I used to snack on things in their fridges and I'm sure it pissed them off a few times. Once I found a bakery box and took the last brownie, cut it in half and put back half. What was I thinking? lol

I babysat for the couple next door. The father was an accountant, and one of his clients was a very expensive French bakery in Manhattan. He would come home with boxes of gourmet cookies and leave them out for me!

One of the mums I used to sit for as a teenager practically forcefed me cake. She would bake 4-5 different cakes and I wasn't allowed to leave until I had tasted them all 🍰
