Never Having Kids EVER

I almost certainly will never adopt. I don't like humans THAT much to want to be saddled with a kid who will probably have developmental issues and/or lingering trauma from neglect or abuse.

My joints hurt.

Yeah, I'm in a similar boat...not too interested in being a parent right now.
This world is getting more fucked by the day...how can I, in my good conscious bring someone here...not even by their own will.

@Ferric67 Perhaps, but there are kids that need homes be it from covid, war, drugs, suicide, cancer, accidents, divorce, or underage mothers... I took care of two of my friends kids after she died of cancer. They'd never had a dad around so they were/are a mess.
