Keep a lint roller nearby. When you catch it then put in a ziplock bag then toss it. Disinfect the are areas you saw it go. I've only ever dealt with the more annoying german cockroaches which don't fly so good luck!

I hate killing roaches. I went all highlander on an oriental roach a few months ago. cruunch! I have photos if you want.
