Me, too! I can't stand changing phones. It's worse than changing purses, I have my whole life in it.

I just had to get a new phone that was a nightmare to get activated.

Well I did a couple weeks ago. But I didn’t pay for it either. It was old enough that I got a lot better features such as quick charging and more storage on the new one.

They break down pretty regularly. I am on my SECOND Samsung, and I was told by Xfinity, who sold me the first one AND the second one...that they are pieces of Sh!t.

I hit that age years ago. (but if they want to GIVE a new one to me...)

I lived with a basic phone until I felt the need to upgrade my Garmin GPS.. I set screw it.. Just get a phone that can do it.
No, I don't upgrade. I have my current Samsung only because I've lost my other phone. And then the damn thing showed up after I got this activated.
