I feel you, life passes so quickly and there must be more to it than work and sleep, rinse and repeat . It is why I left my job, sold my house and moved.

I don’t have dependents, so it was a much easier decision for me to take.

But yes, I would say step back and start winding things down. Your family might appreciate more quality time with you than some of the other activities they are doing now.

You are a long time dead, so you might as well make the most of your time now.
