Ladies and gents, why did you choose to have kid or kids?

For many wanting to have your own kid/kids is one the most or ultimate fulfillment of life, and what does it really mean to us, and is the child the most imporant person in our lives?

Did you end a relationship because of not being able to have child or that partner not wanting one but you did?

I didn't plan on having children, or not plan on it. I think in my mind it was part of being married and yep, it was😁

I got caught with my eldest, so a little unexpected...a bit underage...but a very happy blessing.

My youngest? My partner wanted a child together and it was a lovely way to commemorate that.

Both I wouldn't be without...

I suppose the idea of not having children never occurred to us. We wanted a family, ideally a son and a daughter. That's what we got. The only decision was when to get pregnant. That didn't go according to plan, but it turned out better than we planned.

We adopted . . primarily to give two girls who had drawn the short straws in life a bit of a chance.

Apparently men really enjoy intercourse which incidentally is what causes babies to form. I didnt have anything else planned for the next 18 years. I gave every bit of myself to trying to raise a good kid. None of that was planned but life happens.

@NeuroticByNature i hope women enjoy intercourse too, it would really sad, if they didnt.

Raising a child a most difficult aspect of life.
