What should I do ? Need suggestions...

I feel that my brother in law is cheating or has cheated on my sister.
He is acting wierd these days like going home late. So I tried to track his phone as I found his last seen was at a hotel. So I was waiting to get more evidence. And I found out condom packet and tablets for erectile disfunction and staying long in his car.
Now I am certain that he is cheating or has cheated.
Should I wait to colect for evidences or should I straight away inform my sister that I found these evidences.
They have a 10 year old daughter and a new born recently.
Please help me with your suggestions.

@uncalled4 that's actually true .. I have only one option to let him know that he almost in the verge of getting caught and he is getting a chance to change himself.. am mostly wouldn't tell this to my sister directly... Am holding back myself since 2-3 months already ...

@YOHah If he doesn't know he shouldn't be f-ing someone else, you telling him likely won't do anything. And, if she ever finds out that you knew about it and didn’t say anything? You could be vilified as well. Not your circus, not your monkeys. There's nothing in it for you, stay away.

Tell her.

Nothing worse than ending up with se x 7ally transmitted disease because of a cheater.

And the complications that can even be life threatening .

She is your sister. Her safety should matter to you even more than her feelings. Her life is worth more than a relationship.

You said there are indications he is frequenting prostitution..etc...ahh If he is irresponsible enough to cheat, he is irresponsible enough to not use protection.

He is taking her right to give informed consent, more so if she engages him sex. Û ally.

maybe she has girlfriends who can keep an eye on him and his travels. collect info about his online activity.

Has she asked you to do this?
YOHah · 31-35, M
@Kuronekko no .. but she is also having s doubt on it.. as she had found him asking for rate with a local pimp.. she found some chats and she confronted him months back and he promptly replied that he felt lonely and was just curious and he would never do it.
Kuronekko · 41-45, F
@YOHah Then I think perhaps its up to her if she wants to dig into this more. Its their relationship and their business really.
YOHah · 31-35, M
@Kuronekko that's the reason am contemplating over it ....
GoFish ·
why didn't you go to the hotel and bust him for sure? but it seems pretty damning already.. you can tell her as much
YOHah · 31-35, M
@GoFish but it was only once thet I could track his phone. Not anymore .. so I can't track him now..
GoFish ·
@YOHah you can still tell her.. what should she do about it tho? or you can tell him off idk if thats a good idea tho .. how hostile does he tend to be if any?
PatientlyWaiting25 · 46-50, F
I think best to keep quiet.

So you tell your sister and she divorces him and the 10 year old now has no father. Is this the better outcome? Sometimes these things just work themselves out - I don’t see how your input can help.
YOHah · 31-35, M
@Softandsweet2 this is the exact thing holding me back from teling this to my sister..
He is now doing his father duties of taking his 10 year old.
