AGAIN I would rather NOT have any more kids.. HOWEVER... We ALL know how bad I have always wanted a daughter... So if that Happened I would want FULL Custody and have a good paying job so I can spoil the crap out of her and treat her like a Princess her whole life... But everyone is different Soo...

My husband was 56 when we adopted our oldest boys together. The additional life experience meant he was calmer and more patient as well as being more financially secure. He had also already raised a child. Nothing really phased him and I think he really enjoyed being a dad. There was a 21 year age gap between us. I was 35.

I'm sure it has its pros and cons. I know I couldn't handle babies anymore.

The older you are - the higher risk of birth defects:

Sure it's true a man can father a child in their later years, but that that comes at a risk as well
Age is only a number . Why would that be a problem ?

@Lyndawifeandmom It’s just that quality of sperm may not be good as before age 40. That’s the worry.
@Minniemixer123 younger boys sperm is always more potent 💦💦💦

@Lyndawifeandmom That’s why viagra must be invented lol.
When you get to 40+ the kids have a higher chance of being... shall we say... abnormal. I would say you waited too long.
Also you may die before they become legal adults.

No it's not too late. It's pointless to worry about things that are out of your control. If it's meant to be it will be.

keeping up with toddlers 24-7 would be extremely hard with their abundant energy. i feel its not fair to them. playing ball, biking, running, hiking, etc would not be realistic
