Stinking of cigarettes, stale garlic, grog, unwashed clothes or stale body odour.
The fashion for bristles: they create a sandpaper rash on women's faces, v. painful.
Snot hanging out of the nose, caught on nose hairs. Dried sleep in the eyes.
Dirty fingernails, esp after having had time to clean up after a job.
In summer, in shorts, sitting legs sprawled, wearing no underwear, displaying the tackle.
Trousers hanging down revealing both underwear and bums.
Peeing, couching phlegm and spitting in the street.
I can't decide which of these turns me off the most.
I guess it could mostly be summed up by "uncaring for self and others",
but it's not just about values or hygeine.
It's a visceral sensory thing, instantaneous disgust.

I researched that once, and discovered 30% of men are born with a differently-shaped eye of the urethra, which causes the stream to spray.
No wonder some urinals are fixed at the height of the groin, while others have a wall of splashback and a trough.
When in private houses, I wish these unfortunate sprayers would sit to pee, so they don't leave the smell to ripen until some poor other has to clean up their mess!
