If someone ate from both sides of the casserole dish

Would this bother you? Sheesh. My husband is so sloppy in everything he does. I slave over a stove late at night to cook something good. I scoop out a small bit and tell him to make his own plate because the baby was having a bad night screaming and when I come back instead of continuing from where I have already scooped out he starts on the opposite side of the dish. Grrrrrrr it's just so messy. Shows lack of care imo
Just me complaining.I purchased some baby spoons that change color when hot. Wasn't too expensive maybe 15$ for 4. That was 4 months ago. Ask me how many I have left???? Only 1 because he is moving fast and throws them in the garbage can after feeding our son. Grrrrrrr

So this is probably what is going on with him.
1. Sometimes people have some dementia and memory problems and can't remember what was asked of them. Diseases, cancer, or being exposed to fumes repeatedly can create dementia.
2. Sometimes people have auditory processing difficulties and don't really understand requests,
3. Or sometimes people have attention deficit disorder and are impulsively doing things without thinking.
4. There are also personalities that avoid confrontation and instead are passive aggressive when upset with you. Phlegmatic personalities often respond passively.

I suspect he has one of those. I would just try to chuck it up to some brain damage and love him anyway. It's a blessing to have a family, no one is perfect.

@Carazaa so you’re going to diagnose a man you don’t even know? He’s probably too young for dementia and even with brain damage people can be taught. I’m autistic and have more common sense than this man. Sounds more like weaponized incompetence. He should grow up.

@666Maggotz Don't be too judgmental! It's important to understand people. Most people don't mean to be irritating!

@Carazaa he’s a grown adult. He knows what he’s doing. Autistic women or women with ADHD don’t get these sort of excuses, we get told to “be an adult”.

I am very sorry that people are judging you and don't understand you!

@666Maggotz So, what I'm hearing you say is that because people don't give you any leeway for being autistic, nobody else should get any.

@LordShadowfire nope, I just think men are coddled too much and held to a much lower standard than women for how they behave. You also can’t diagnose someone with autism over a single post.
