Do you in a way feel indebted to your parents?
My parents are the reason I have a partial college degree and are the reason why I live in a condo. My parents paid for it so I could have independence and a leg up in life.

Not financially, No. I'm not out of a rich family, but I'm lucky to be living in a place where we have a good public education system that's funded mostly by taxes, except for textbooks that I had to buy on my own. I had jobs next to studying and also paid my taxes all the way while studying. When I ever bought money from my parents I repaid them everything.
