Dream just fades in I'm riding my bike up a grassy hill. There is a structure at the top like a picnic pavilion but with a counter top all the way around.
I get off my bike and walk up and see my mom sitting next to her mom. I see my cousins. They all seem to be having a pleasant time. They see me and smile but look away. They can't seem to hear me calling them. I miss them. They are all deceased.
A stranger walks up to me and says "you want in there Don't you?" I nod yes and my mom gives me a warning look. He says "take my hands and just tell me you want in" i take his hands and look at my mom and grandma. My grandma always had a smile and a bible on her. But she seems worried and no bible.
I look back at the stranger and his eyes are solid black and he's smiling. "Just say it" he says. I look at my mom and grandma and they look worried. I look at him and say "from the bottom of my heart, Jesus loves you." He screams at me at turns to a black cloud and disappeared.
I look at my mom and she has the proudest look on her face and grandma is smiling again. I "wake up" and go to tell my dad what i just dreamed of. But something is wrong. He won't listen to me, and keeps looking away. Then I can't find him.
I am walking around my house from my teenage years and it's empty. My watch starts beeping. As i walk closer to the front door it beeps faster. I walk outside and there is all my deceased family members in their cars all packed up.
My dad comes over to me and i say "I couldn't find you, didn't you hear me calling? Where are you going?" I look in the car and my mom and oldest sister are in the car looking excited for the trip. They along with my dad are deceased.
My dad says "didn't you hear your watch. It always beeps when we are near. Remember we are never very far away." And then he turns to leave as my alarm went off and i woke up saying out loud "come back, come back."
Then i looked around my bedroom. My dad's desk and his war medals and flag is there. On my dresser is the angel bells i bought my mom for Christmas when i was 11yo. I just layed here in bed trying to pull myself together while the alarm continued to ring. I look at my watch and remember it's also my heart monitor. They are with me in my heart.
Then it was up and off to work. This dream has been knawing at me all day long. I had to tell someone about it, even if they aren't listening. Thanks for reading.
I don't think so. Remember at the end of the day (or the beginning more like) that it was just a dream. That's not to say there isn't symbolism there, I just don't feel qualified to speak on it.
Death in dreams is very rarely related to death itself or dying, but something new, a rebirth or different experience. Are you suck in a rut with something? Work? Relationship? Bad habit you want to give up?
@Ragnarock1276 Sounds like you're afraid to end the relationship and ending up by yourself and lonely. There's not much worse than being stuck in a bad relationship. Maybe it's time to go through and end it, move on and start a new adventure. Someone else will come along who isn't going to be bad for you. Don't fear they may have emotions like anger or whatever against you for ending it. Sometimes you just have to deal and know have to do what is best for you.
