Maybe C? The dress is less form-fitting, to hide the lack of curves, and the hair is more striking. A lot of cross-dressers seem to prefer brightly colored hair.

I could make a case for all of these being men but none of the reasons give a definitive answer
a. Has the largest hands and no obvious waist.
b. Looks like she has a wig on.
c. Standing so she isn't crushing her balls.
d. Could be a woman
but is it to do with how they identify?
Are they all bio men?
There is no way to identify if any or none are women from that picture.

It's almost impossible to say, but I'd go C for the simple reason that most women have a better sense of picking clothes that fit their shape (or lack of)

Almost every one of the justifications for everybody's answers are only justified in some cases, none of them definitively identify a woman. Taking my own answers a woman wearing a wig, odd stance, bigger hands, unshapely figure, etc etc all happen.

I want to say B due to the shoulders being a bit more square and broader, something about the legs and trying too hard with the arms/hands.
