Would You Vote For My Cousin?

Yeah, its my real cousin. He is only now a young mayor of a small North Dakota town now but has aspirations to become a state rep or something. He is a Democrat. Which is rare in that state. Just curious if you would vote for him. I do not care either way. It is just a question.

I would never make a decision on whether to vote for someone based on a picture. (Unless it was a picture of the person doing something objectionable)
Dominus · 36-40, M
I wouldn't vote for anyone without knowing their positions on issues, accomplishments, education, life experience. Often in local races when I'm not familiar with either candidate I leave it blank and assume those 'in the know' will decide.
Dominus · 36-40, M
@ChadJNSD Well I think much depends on how small of a town as depending on where you're from you may consider 75,000 a small town whereas someone in North Dakota may consider >300 to be a small town. Then it is very unlikely the mayor of a small town is going to have any accomplishments worthy of national recognition or make important political connections. I know where I am originally from the mayor gets pulled around like a puppy on a leash by other city works and their unions telling him what they want in exchange for their votes. And without their votes he won't be reelected. So he goes with the flow to maintain his do little job.

@Dominus True. He is mayor of a town of close to 10,000. Thank you for your input.
Dominus · 36-40, M
@ChadJNSD You're welcome ChadNSD. Thank you for the polite dialogue.
Piper · 61-69, F
Even if I lived in North Dakota, I'd need far more than a picture to answer that question.
ChadJNSD · 18-21, M
@Piper Understand. I meant based on looks. But I get it.
DrWatson · 70-79, M
@ChadJNSD Who votes based on looks?
ChadJNSD · 18-21, M
@DrWatson It's just a question. You have the power to answer any way you want.

No, I wouldn’t vote for anyone using that many filters on their photos
Spumoni · 46-50, M
@ChadJNSD for you, I can see where you'd think that. You're just a bigot. Worthless to society and a keyboard bandit. Pathetic.
ChadJNSD · 18-21, M
@Spumoni Go take a time out and play with a doll or something. I am not really against homos at all.

If I lived in the area, I would listen to or read up on his policies and plans. I'm not inclined to vote D, and certainly not based solely on a photo without knowing more.

I never vote democrat.
He's a good-looking young man - but like almost everybody else, I'd have to know a lot more about him.
ChadJNSD · 18-21, M
@Mamapolo2016 Understand.
GunFinger · F
I'm an Australian so I can't. Sorry.
It would depend on what he had to say and his plans for leadership were, his record as mayor. But I’d definitely be more inclined to vote for a Democrat, so with me he’d have that advantage.
ChadJNSD · 18-21, M
@bijouxbroussard Fair enough.
What kind of idiot would vote for someone based solely on a picture?
LordShadowfire · 46-50, MVIP
Didn't you ask this before? I could swear it was you. Can't find it, though.
LordShadowfire · 46-50, MVIP
@iamonfire696 I just assume he's trying to get suspended.
iamonfire696 · 41-45, F
@LordShadowfire he must be with those abhorrent insults
@LordShadowfire I thought so too, but it was a different picture.
MartinTheFirst · 26-30, M
why is his tie between his legs
ChadJNSD · 18-21, M
@MartinTheFirst Because he is mentally challenged. 😳
