My gram did in the nursing home at that age. Even with dementia. She was so excited when I brought her a colorstay lipstick. She was saying she couldn’t believe it stays on all day. Funny how something so little can make them so happy.

@MellyMel22 I'm fairly certain she still has the same ones from the 90s. I remember sneaking into her bathroom as a kid to put her lipstick on and i swear they are still the same ones

That's awesome. I lost my gram a few years ago, but she was so quirky and funny, she could make anyone laugh.
We talk about her all the time and laugh about the silly things she used to do. She was the best gram ever.

my grandmother's 91. it is what it is. maybe she didn't expect herself to make it this far and is just living out her days. it's actually cute. proud of her.
There was a time when people actually used to care about how they looked and smelled in public.

Nylons are hot but maybe she doesn’t mind since she gotten older.

Wow! More power to her.

@Azlotto and can still dress herself properly to go out and all of that

That’s bc she comes from a generation of women who did do that … it’s a gorgeous feminine era rarely seen these days in this wannabe gangsta’ world
Cute bless her 🥰
