Let's say that your brother has his good qualities but when he gets angry he destroys things and puts holes in the wall, as well as self harms, he apologizes but it happens at least 3 times a month. Would you still stick around him?

My ex husband had problems like this. Holes in the walls, etc., etc. I would ask him to get help...but he probably won't listen. Anger management classes are, unfortunately, usually forced on individuals like your brother, after they have been arrested.
