Last 8 quarts of beets done. Twenty in total...I should haw enough to next Summer.

I love beets. When I lived in a small village in the 1970’s I had a neighbor who had leased a truck garden. I asked them if they had any beets for sale and they did. Sold me enough to make 24 pints of pickled beets.
