How much money do you get when you foster a kid?
I'm in a bit of a tight spot and could use some extra cash. Does anyone know how much money you get when you foster a kid? Just until I can get caught up on bills.

In order to foster a child, you must be vetted. Your home and property will be inspected, you usually need a partner living with you, and the PCS checks with neighbors and other references to make sure you have a relatively decent reputation.
When you foster a child, you are subject to monthly inspections, and some of them are surprise inspections. The child must have his or her own room, there must be healthy and nutritious food in the fridge and cabinets, and the place must be very clean.
You must make sure the child attends school, and their teacher will inform on you to PCS if they do not turn in their homework or if they begin to fall behind in class.
You will NOT be able to get rid of a foster child at the drop of a hat. PCS has to find other accommodations for them first.

@SlightlyBelowAverageJoe Oh, I forgot...you will be expected to provide medical and dental care, and buy the child new clothing and new shoes and toys and so on.
