How to get over when a suicide tragedy, happened within the family?

Yesterday, a bad news came through in my inbox. My sister told me, that my niece commited suicide by jumping off the building. She's only 20 years old. I can't get over it. I just keep on thinking about it. I am so scared because I have a pre-teen daughter who is very emotional. 🖤😭😢

It's very scary and sad at first. My cousin took her life at 21, three years ago. I couldn't even wrap my mind around it...my mind Actually kept saying to myself, No, she's at the hospital.😕You just NEVER thought that would happen. But all we COULD do was celebrate her life and say the funny things she used to say, for then she's not gone, but always alive. My heart goes to you friend 🌸🌹💐
