It's often the unspoken issues that can cause the most harm, as they can linger and fester, affecting our well-being and relationships. Talking about difficult topics can be a crucial step towards healing, as it allows us to process our emotions, gain perspective, and work through challenges. However, it's also important to acknowledge that everyone has their own unique experiences and boundaries, and it's essential to approach these conversations with sensitivity and respect. By creating a safe and supportive environment, we can encourage open dialogue and help each other heal from the things we don't talk about.

Not talking on the behalf of everyone of course but sometimes we just have to admit that it's time to cut off the words and start putting work into solving the problem. Still..I guess the worst situation is when someone stops talking but isn't working on the problem either. 😐
Healing is an ongoing process . I don't believe anyone is truely 100% healed . They just learn how to cope with it and that is perfectly okay
