Nightmare last night
**Trigger warning, sexual assault**
In the dream I lived with the family from the TV show Gypsy sisters. We moved out to this house in a really bad area. The house was utter shit, small and broken down and the front door didn't lock or even close all the way properly. I kept trying to warn everyone that we needed to get the front door fixed because we were in a dangerous area and someone would probably break in at some point, but no one would listen to me. No one else seemed to take it seriously like I did.
One day while the family was gone wherever two men broke into the house. I had a shotgun and shot at them. They had guns as well and fired back. I ended up running out of ammo and not shooting either of them. Then they basically took me prisoner and raped me multiple times over the course of several days. I was finally released back to my family and the men left. But my family in the dream was not sympathetic to what I had been through and didn't get it at all.
It was a pretty awful dream.
