Will recording dreams be possible in the future?

@GuyWithOpinions They can record pulse rate and brain activity but there's no imagery showing of the dream so far, at least lot to my knowledge.

@Queendragonfly i heard so far we can observe dreams taking place and try to decifer them in sleeping people. We can also type with our thoughts for people who have physical disabilities. And soon but still in study, we can download our consciousness into a computer leaving our body behind.

Yeah downloading consiousness will be mind blowing. I don't think that's gonna happen during my lifetime though.
