That has never happened to me. All I ever had were dreams where I realized that I was in a dream and I was afraid what was going on with my real body and whether I sleepwalked.

Sometimes I have dreams where I am back in my old childhood bedroom. After waking up, it takes me a few seconds to relaize I am back in my regular house and bedroom.
