The melatonin dreams are…

… getting even stranger and I’m just amazed by the people from my past that crowd them. Still feel like the quality of the sleep I’m getting is better than without. Though I’ve gone a few days without taking it and the dreams persisted? Guess it’s either still in my system or it’s not just the melatonin inducing the dreams. 🤔

@SW-User I didn’t even think about it but my mom informed me that she can’t take melatonin because she has been so disturbed by the dreams. Now I’m aware of them too. But it’s not something that I find to be a negative side effect.

my life’s a little bit more than boring so I’ll take whatever I can get to aid me in dealing with my monotonous existence.

@2cool4school I get that. I barely dream and I miss it (at least I’m not aware if I do)

@SW-User I had years where I couldn’t tell if I had dreams I wasn’t aware of. Now it’s almost every night.
