The melatonin dreams are…

… getting even stranger and I’m just amazed by the people from my past that crowd them. Still feel like the quality of the sleep I’m getting is better than without. Though I’ve gone a few days without taking it and the dreams persisted? Guess it’s either still in my system or it’s not just the melatonin inducing the dreams. 🤔
Lucid dreams are a side effect of melatonin, and mine are usually strange. I enjoy them a bit sometimes.
@2cool4school That does sound amazing. Yeah, to do it all again.

My favorites were while I lived in Lakewood Co, and used to disappear into the mountains for a day if two. Had two totes with my camping, and one with my hiking. I could load up and be gone from civilization in 20-30 mins if I took my time. Only thing I'd need to grab was some food I had stocked.

@TallMtnMedic Colorado has more 14ers than California sounds like you’ve got a good setup and system. I need to get my winter backcountry stuff ready. I guess Silverton resort opened Saturday. Hopefully it’s not too long until we have snow out west.

@TallMtnMedic my hiking partner told me we had the age group record for that Whitney trip. I was just trying to meat an ex-boyfriend on the summit but they were a day ahead of schedule and I ended up spotting them sleeping at a trail camp at 4;30 am in the windiest weather and the dark. Such a crazy chance happenstance.

my life’s a little bit more than boring so I’ll take whatever I can get to aid me in dealing with my monotonous existence.

@2cool4school I get that. I barely dream and I miss it (at least I’m not aware if I do)

@SW-User I had years where I couldn’t tell if I had dreams I wasn’t aware of. Now it’s almost every night.
