Shrunken nightmare

I had a nightmare that I was a teen again back in high school and got stung by some type of bug on the neck. I shrunk to the size of an ant and ran around the hall trying to get help. I ended up in the principal's office and climbed her desk to try and and get her attention. That same bug that stung me came back and grabbed me, then dropped me in the principal's tea! She picked it up and I screamed but she couldn't hear me, then it ended with her swallowing me alive!
