I Have Very Vivid Dreams

I've always had vivid dreams... a bit like watching a good movie....scenes from my dreams can stay in my head forever. They are always very mixed up....Some are wonderful....others quite disturbing.
I awoke this morning from a lovely dream and can't stop thinking about it. Altho I don't remember it all.....but I was in my teens..on holiday and fell head over heels for a gorgeous, rebellious young guy I a wheelchair! I can't stop thinking about him this morning!!!

I have had the same kind of dreams! You might have had many more than me for whatever reason, but ohh my god have I had some amazing dreams... a few times in my life, I've actually tried going back to sleep to re-enter the dream and it actually worked... every time! I've fallen in love in 2 separate dreams, been able to jump really high, breath underwater(I can still remember the feeling of the water going into my lungs), fly, fall(usually pretty frightening and I remember hitting the ground), and quite a few others. Always fun though. Also, when you realize you're dreaming, it's called a Lucid dream. I've had a few but are rare. You can attemp to program yourself to have a lucid dream before you sleep, which worked for me twice. Hard to explain how to help yourself have a lucid dream... I guess I can compare it to the feeling of "believing" but with dreaming. Average person has 1 lucid dream and I've had around 4-5.
