I Have Very Vivid Dreams

I have had the same kind of dreams! You might have had many more than me for whatever reason, but ohh my god have I had some amazing dreams... a few times in my life, I've actually tried going back to sleep to re-enter the dream and it actually worked... every time! I've fallen in love in 2 separate dreams, been able to jump really high, breath underwater(I can still remember the feeling of the water going into my lungs), fly, fall(usually pretty frightening and I remember hitting the ground), and quite a few others. Always fun though. Also, when you realize you're dreaming, it's called a Lucid dream. I've had a few but are rare. You can attemp to program yourself to have a lucid dream before you sleep, which worked for me twice. Hard to explain how to help yourself have a lucid dream... I guess I can compare it to the feeling of "believing" but with dreaming. Average person has 1 lucid dream and I've had around 4-5.

It would be a crime for you to not attempt to lucid dream. You can control your dreams. Scientifically proven. You simply have to learn how and focus on it. And not give up. Do some reading at World-of-lucid-dreaming.com

I recall dreams I've had decades ago. Some of them I have no idea where they come from. It's like Steven Spielberg took control of my mind while I slept. Bizarre!!

I'm still recalling this dream now...all day this guy keeps popping into my thoughts.....

I used to be able to fly in my dreams, I wish I could again
