To dream or not to dream

Does anyone else have dreams so vivid and life like you could swear you was literally in, another dimension, parallel universe almost.
Like is it strange to dream every single night? I barely ever, ever, these days have sleep where it's like, my head hit the pillow and I woke up.
I'm always dreaming about some crazy sheeet, half of it makes no sense, other half is like I'm in another world.
Anyone help me out I'm dreaming a lil too much?

Sometimes I seem to go months without dreams, and then other times I have these dramatic, vivid dreams back-to-back. Realistically though, everyone dreams nightly and then we forget most of them. As for what to do about it if they're bothersome, it's worth noting that they occur during REM sleep. So if you were really desperate, you could sleep in short enough intervals as to never reach REM for a night. Obviously not advisable in the long term though.

No longer. But at one time I thought nothing of driving. Drunk. One day I came home from work and collasped onto my bed. It was after 4p but was still light. I had a dream so lifelike. In it, I had hit and killed a child. I was surrounded by a mob. Every person I ever knew was in it. They were a lynch mob. At which time, I awaken. I sat up on the bed debating if it had happened and I had blacked out. Looking back, I think it was a subconscious wake up call.

I dream exactly like that too.

Lookup astral traval and lucid dreamIng.

In some ways, when we dream, I think maybe we are creating our own little quantum dimensions.

Conciousness is fun.

@Hikikomoribabe99 My dreams are exhausting, especially anxiety dreams.

I have had premonitions often, all this year.

Sorry you got robbed. I hope you shank the shitstains next time they get the drop on you.

People=Shit, as Slipknot used to say. Lol.

Yeah, astral is another category. Just interesting.

@GeistInTheMachine I know it was at my lowest time as well I was so broken and didn't have much I was staying in a broken down place but was still greatful as I had roof over my head and studio flat but it was just a dump the people that stole from me were vindictive I had evidence enough to convict an offender on there as they stole my electronic hair devices my old phone as I had his just gotten a new one jewellery from my birthday that had just gone at the time I seriously didn't have much I had just had my first home from homelessness while I understand they were other broken desperate people they were also selfish and giving me the evil eye how could someone do that to me It changed me FOREVER I was literally 18 it drove me into a paranoia frenzy for awhile if someone uncanny moves in my flat floor upstairs it starts all over again hiding jewellery in socks fixing multiple locks on doors but I think it was needed to toughen me up it was just cruel when it happened but that's LIFE.

Anxiety dreams are the worst, have you tried binaural beats? Targeted for anxiety as it helped me tremendously and still does, if you listen while you fall asleep and in sleep I swear by it helps a ton.
Premonitions are awful but can warn you ahead of the anything all the time is gonna drive you crazy.

@Hikikomoribabe99 I'm really, really sorry.

Yes, I listen to bineural all the time.

I like my premonitions. They help me a lot. Usually.
That’s wonderful! It means you are getting the most restful REM sleep.

No you are not. It’s great you can remember them. Here’s a crazy idea… what if you are remembering your other lives in past lives/ parallel lives/ future lives. Maybe there’s something you can learn

Mydreamvision.com dream analyzer. Input one word from the dream, and then try to connect it to the the rest of the dream. So, for example...hurricane. Don't try to write out the entire dream. It will analyze every single word.
