I came to a realisation at work today

The activities we do need to be fun first and learning second. Peopke will return more and spend more (both time and money) if they're having a good time, especially long-term. I also need to be prepared for (but not expect) failure, because some things are going to be a miss instead of a hit and that's ok.

@FreddieUK Thanks :)

I ALWAYS found learning to be fun...unless it was math...🤣🤣🤣

@4meAndyou yeah me too. But I can't base store activity on what aspects I find fun

it’s all apart of engagement. make it fun but mix the learning part of it in there. some aren’t as engaging as others but its ok as long as the main point is being set it’ll be ok.

@KiwiDan that’s ok and i don’t blame you, because getting people to engage isn’t easy. just do what feels good for and learn your crowd. don’t overthink

@xcelyg bit late to not overthink, but thank you :)

@KiwiDan well you’re also not human if you don’t overthink haha. best wishes to you :)
