If u live in a building for seniors, how is the management?

I have a friend living in one of those bldgs and she has major problems with manager. She was falsely accused of something and management took no responsibility…we found out the tenants are always wrong, no matter what. I helped this poor woman write emails to proper sources, etc…

In fact, our city is littered with rogue managers..lucky I don’t have that.

Some places are much better than others. In my state there is a law concerning an umbudsmam for such

@samueltyler2 yes, there are laws that protect seniors here too, but many seniors are afraid to speak up

@Wiseacre that is sad, but understandable. They are worried that reporting something could lead to repercussions.
