Leave him alone unless he was doing something wrong.
Some cops like to bother people when their doing nothing wrong, then it turns bad.
Like if the cop would have left then alone they would have never went to jail. I seen so many cop shows where the cops didn't to nothing, but them being there made it worse

i guess section off the highway and handle him from a distance via those speaker things .. really i think it should be legal to shoot tranquilizer darts at crazily deranged people
